Today in Sports History – 6/18

Today in sports history…

In 2000, Tiger Woods won the 100th US Open by a whopping 15 strokes.  Watching this years, I thought 8 was a lot.  Turns out my memory is poor from various activities I partook in during my college years.  Tied for 2nd place were Ernie Els and Miguel Angel Jimenez.  Woods was the only player to finish under par at -12.  Els and Jimenez finished at +3.
