South Carolina RB Marcus Lattimore to Enter NFL Draft?

Even after suffering a horrible knee injury last October, rumors are flying that Marcus Lattimore will enter the 2013 NFL Draft. Most scouts had Lattimore as a top 10 pick before the injury so it will be interesting to see where he winds up being selected if he decided to jump to the pros. In three seasons at South Carolina he has racked up 2677 yards and 38 TDs.

Willis McGahee did this same thing 10 years ago when he entered the NFL Draft after suffering a devastating knee injury. He was selected in the first round by the Bills with the understanding that he would miss the entire 2003 season. Could Lattimore be heading towards a similar situation?

I think he should leave for the pros because there is nothing more for him to accomplish in college besides getting overused more and injured again. RBs already have short careers so get the money while you can. Good luck to him..if he decides to come out. Enjoy some highlights from the stud RB when he was just a freshman and at his peak below:
