[Quick Hits] Ryan Lochte wins 400m IM Swimming Gold

Ryan Lochte has stuck first in the great Lochte v Phelps battle of the 2012 Olympics by winning the 400m IM swimming Gold medal. Lochte swam a great 4:05:18, just 2 seconds off the word record. Phelps, who barely made the final as the last swimmer in, finished 4th and did not medal. Is this a sign to come? Will the be the year of Lochte?!
