During the first half Nebraska coach was seen on the sideline getting his pulse checked by team doctors. During the halftime interview, with Lewis Johnson,  he said that he was “fine” but did not return with his team for the 2nd half.

Reports say that he was seen leaving the stadium by ambulance. Beyond that we don’t have any real details and in situations like this, its best not to speculate. We will keep you up to date with the latest information as details emerge.

*UPDATE 1*: ESPN reporter Lewis Johnson has gone to the hospital to try and get more details Lincoln Fire Department can’t confirm it was Bo Pelini in the ambulance due to privacy laws. Stay tuned.

*UPDATE 2*: The Lincoln Journal is reporting that 911 radio traffic indicates that Bo Pelini is at BryanLGH Medical Center West with flu-like symptoms.

*UPDATE 3*: We’ve obtained a picture of Pelini being carted off towards an ambulance.

*UPDATE 4*: Athletic Director Tom Osborne says that Bo is fine and precautionary tests were being run.

*UPDATE 5*: Bo Pelini releases a statement: “Everything is fine. They ran some precautionary tests on me and everything’s fine. I plan to return to work tomorrow.”

*UPDATE 6*: Steve Sipple of the Lincoln Journal Star reports that Bo has been released from the hospital. Get well son Coach.
