[Quick Hits] Fake Twitter Account Dupes Miami Fox Affiliate

If you’ve been following NBA Free agency on Twitter lately you would have definitely noticed the influx of impostor “insider” accounts breaking free agent deals and trades. 1 of the most imitated insiders has been Adrian Wojnarowski from Yahoo! Sports. One tweet was so convincing from one of these fake “Woj” accounts that Miami’s Fox affiliate WSVN reported a tweet that Ray Allen signed a three-year deal with the Miami Heat as fact.
