Traditionally, college cheerleaders work a corner of an end-zone all game and test our eardrums with a lot of screeching and squawking. Oregon revolutionizes the game once again (beyond having hundreds of uniform combos) by sending their cheer squad and a couple of percussionists around the perimeter of the field, and, with multiple professionally choreographed dance routines, make male Oregon fans forget there’s a game going on. At times, I wasn’t sure if the crowd was cheering the girls on or the team.
