AP — The Colts get a massive win over the heavily favored Packers

Easily, this was one of the weirdest weekends in the NFL in recent memory. The Colts upset the Packers. The Dolphins beat the Bengals. The Chiefs and Ravens ended with a score of 9-6. The Vikings rolled the Titans with a 23-point win. The Saints actually got a win. The 49ers had the biggest offensive game in team history. This is what makes the NFL so great. Entirely unpredictable. And Week 6 is sure to be more of the glorious same.

  1. Houston Texans (5-0) [No Change] – There’s just no weakness on this team.
  2. Atlanta Falcons (5-0) [Up 1 Spot] – Close game, but still getting Ws. Falcons have never been 5-0 in team history.
  3. San Francisco 49ers (4-1) [Up 1 Spot] – Just a dominant force the last two weeks. If they keep dismantling teams like this, that loss will be forgiven.
  4. New England Patriots (3-2) [Up 1 Spot] – The Pats had their first impressive team this week. Working their way back to premiere AFC status.
  5. Arizona Cardinals (4-1) [Down 3 Spots] – Tough loss on the road to a divisional foe. The Cards are still elite.
  6. Baltimore Ravens (4-1) [Up 1 Spot] – That was the Chiefs you almost lost to. That you couldn’t score on. I think the Ravens are benefiting from an easy schedule so far. Wait for the Texans in Week 7 and then show me what you got.
  7. New York Giants (3-2) [Up 5 Spots] – Giants are looking more and more like last season.
  8. Chicago Bears (4-1) [Up 3 Spots] – The defense is for real. But the offense doesn’t have to score when the defense does all the work.
  9. Pittsburgh Steelers (2-2) [Up 1 Spot] — Hard win over the Eagles proves the Steelers still got it.
  10. Minnesota Vikings (4-1) [Up 4 Spots] – Each week is more amazing than the last. Let’s see if they can get a road win against the improved Skins this weekend.
  11. Seattle Seahawks (3-2) [Up 8 Spots] – The Seahawks defense is just fantastic. The offense has so many questions still.
  12. Philadelphia Eagles (3-2) [Down 4 Spots] I can’t ding them too harshly for losing to the Steelers. But the Eagles are like a turnover factory.
  13. Denver Broncos (2-3) [Down 4 Spots] – The Broncos are the best fourth quarter team and the worst first quarter team. Work out the offensive problems in the beginning and win some games.
  14. St. Louis Rams (3-2) [Up 1 Spots] – Terrific win over Arizona shows the NFC West truly is the best division this year.
  15. Cincinnati Bengals (3-2) [Down 9 Spots] The offense just did not get it done on Sunday. I still think this team is better than this.
  16. San Diego Chargers (3-2) [Up 1 Spot] — Last week I said they couldn’t beat the Saints. They’re about to lose to the Broncos on Monday, too.
  17. Washington Redskins (2-3) [Down 1 Spot] – This team is going to find it hard to get wins going forward, but they are still miles ahead of where they were in 2011.
  18. New York Jets (2-3) [Up 9 Spots] – Hey, the Jets looked okay this week. But they also lost.
  19. Green Bay Packers (2-3) [Down 6 Spots] – Easily the biggest disappointment this year. The O-Line is just not allowing Rodgers to do what he do. And now they gotta play the best team in the league. Good luck.
  20. Indianapolis Colts (2-2) [Up 8 Spots] – I cannot take anything away from the Colts here. I don’t think they “played harder” because their coach was diagnosed with cancer. Come on. This team is actually pretty good and they have an outside playoff chance. Look at that schedule. I’m turning into a believer here.
  21. New Orleans Saints (1-4) [Up 5 Spots] – The defense was a hundred times better than last week. And because of that, the offense benefited, too. The Saints are finally getting with the program.
  22. Miami Dolphins (2-3) [Up 3 Spots] – Great win this week, but I think the Bengals lost more than the Dolphins won. The Fins can hang in there, and if you let them, they win. But this is still not a competitor for the AFC East.
  23. Tampa Bay Buccaneers (1-3) [Down 2 Spots] –Bye week. The Bucs should be back to being good this week.
  24. Carolina Panthers (1-4) [Down 4 Spots] – The offense is a trainwreck right now.
  25. Jacksonville Jaguars (1-4) [Down 2 Spots] – The offense is a trainwreck right now.
  26. Dallas Cowboys (2-2) [Down 3 Spots] – Despite the bye, the offense is a trainwreck right now.
  27. Detroit Lions (1-3) [Down 3 Spots] – Despite the bye, the offense is a trainwreck right now.
  28. Buffalo Bills (2-3) [Down 10 Spots] That was the harshest beating I can remember in recent seasons. Bills are in freefall mode.
  29. Cleveland Browns (0-5) [Up 2 Spots] — They lost. But to the reigning Super Bowl champions. This team showed what it can do early on, generating some upset potential but ultimately failing. Know what helped? Not throwing to Greg Little.
  30. Oakland Raiders (1-3) [Down 1 Spot] – Bye week, but I’m guessing not much has been fixed.
  31. Kansas City Chiefs (1-4) [Down 1 Spot] – Showed a lot of heart in allowing the Ravens only 9 points. But with the loss of Matt Cassel, will this team get another win?
  32. Tennessee Titans (1-4) [No Change] – You’re team is bad and you should feel bad.
