When and where to draft Josh Gordon and Ray Rice

Obviously both of these players have issues that will cause them to fall back in the drafts – and in Gordon’s case (depending on the outcome) maybe fall out of drafts completely.  Here’s a little insight to help out once we hear about Gordon’s punishment & appeal.  And these guys think Rice may be a little more valuable than most think.  Check it out.
