Boston Bruins Rookie Seth Griffith Had The Play Of The Year

A backwards between the legs goal after blocking a shot on defense? Yeah sure, ok then. I’ll take one please.

Congratulations to Boston Bruins rookie center Seth Griffith for having the play of the year. The effort he put in to block a shot on defense, then skate his ass off to win the puck in the neutral zone, get the puck while skating backwards in front of the net, AND go 5-hole on the goalie was unreal. I don’t think they’ll be a better sequence of events by one player this year then what Griffith did tonight against the Devils. This was such an unbelievable play.

P.S.

The Bruins won 4-2 if anyone cares.
